I do not have a t-shirt business like manufacturers do. I do not stock t-shirts so after you order your design and size, I must go out and buy the cotton.
Then I cut, weed the design, and press it. It means I need a 3-5 days until your t-shirt is ready to ship.
For the avid reader: t-shirts, which people buy more often than an oil painting, are for me an enjoyable way to spend creating, and producing something that is rather new. The 1 print trend has to catch up in Europe, but it will. More people want to feel they wear something which is unique or in a very limited edition, and don’t have to pay Prada price for that feeling.
I intend to keep my designs 1-5 copies only. Otherwise, printing more, would be boring, polluting, adding to the capitalist mass-industry.
Maybe this should become the logo of the new twitter app.
